What payments do you accept? TOP
Currently I accept PayPal payments and most major credit cards through PayPal.
PLEASE NOTE: You do not have to have a PayPal account to use your credit card.
Is my payment information secure? TOP
ABSOLUTLY! PayPal and Mal's Ecommerce collects information using a SSL secure server. I do not have any of your sensitive payment information.
The only information that is saved is your name, email, order information and shipping address.
Please rest assured I do not use your personal information in any way but to be in contact with you regarding your order. I understand and respect your privacy, as I would want someone to respect mine.

How do I care for my custom spankies? TOP
It's important to wash your Lycra spankies in cold water on a gentle cycle. DO NOT DRY as this will damage the material and ruin the hologram finish on the fabric.
Why do your spankies take so long to ship? TOP
Due to the customization of the order, custom cheer briefs can take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Not all fabric choices are in stock. Please note that I get your order made and shipped as soon as possible.
Can I return items? TOP
You may return any item that arrives do you defective. I am a quality control type person and do my absolute best to make sure you have the highest quality possible, but sometimes things may slip by me. I do make my own spankies, so you will receive the best quality.
Custom products cannot be returned (spankies, socks, custom rhinestone wear, etc...)
Any t-shirt, shorts that are in stock (not custom) can be returned for a 25% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Item must be in new, re-sellable condition.
