About Us

Sweet Pea Athletics is owned by myself, Rachel Fain.  I currently live in Omaha, Nebraska with my Army husband and wonderful pre-teen daughter. 

Sweet Pea Athletics was origionally started by my best friend years ago, but when she started a new venture, she asked me if I would like to take it over.  We worked together for 3 years, where she taught me everything I now know and love about sewing and cute athletic apparel.

We get together yearly to shop New York for sweet, trendy lycra fabrics for the custom spankies.  I make all of the lycra shorts myself, and do not contract out any of my work. Everything you see on my site is designed by myself and my dear friend, who still has a passion for girls sports wear.
